Sick Leave (Misinterpretation) Grievance
January 25, 2010 - Response by Fire Chief...
January 11, 2010 - It has come to our attention that members whom have used all of their sick leave but still have other leave are being reprimanded for excessive use of sick leave and this is being placed into their personnel file. This is a direct miss interpretation of the intent of this Article as well as a violation of the Just cause Article 7 section 1 of the CBA. (Read Grievance...)
